Members can now use BUPA and Medibank digital cards on their Android devices to make claims on HICAPS terminals. This new functionality allows members to:
- Tap and claim
- Get real-time notifications about their claim
- Check the remaining limits of their extras.
To process a claim, patients need to tap their device against the HICAPS terminal’s active home screen. It’s that simple.
